Heritage Park
In light of the devastating fires in Jasper and area, Heritage Park is offering free admission to Heritage Park’s Historical Village and Gasoline Alley Museum for all who have been evacuated. All that is required is for guests to bring along some form of ID that indicates they are from Jasper and surrounding area. The no-cost of admission will continue until further notice.

TELUS Spark Centre
TELUS Spark Science Centre wants to extend an invitation to those displaced from recent fire evacuations in Jasper. Spark recognizes the stress to all affected and displaced by these terrible fires. Spark would like to invite you to come and experience a free day of fun and science.

Royal Tyrell Museum of Paleontology
All provincial heritage sites and museums, including the Royal Tyrrell Museum, are offering free general admission for wildfire evacuees. The Royal Tyrrell Museum recognizes the impact of the wildfires devastating communities across Alberta. To receive free admission, these visitors are asked to bring government-issued ID.

The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary)
.Any Jasper evacuees looking for something to do during this difficult time are welcome to visit The Confluence Cultural Centre free of charge. Discover some of the stories that make the lands at The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland a historically layered and meaningful site. Explore cultural centre exhibits about Treaty 7, Métis influence in Alberta and the founding and early stages of the city of Calgary. Check out the replica 1888 Fort Calgary Barracks for special exhibitions, then take a self-guided audio tour or join a walking tour of the parklands at the confluence of the Bow and Elbow rivers — a place of significance to Indigenous peoples since long before 1875, when the North West Mounted Police established Fort Calgary.

Military Museums of Calgary
The Military Museums of Calgary is the largest tri-service museum in Western Canada and the second largest military museum in the country.
In light of the ongoing wildfires affecting the town of Jasper, The Military Museums extend our heartfelt support to all residents who have been evacuated to Calgary and nearby cities. To offer some respite during this challenging time, we are providing free admission to all evacuees from the Jasper fires. To gain free entry, please present proof of residence, such as a driver's license, at our admissions desk. We hope our museum can offer a place of solace and interest during these trying times. Fitness and movement classes
To support the growing number of Albertans evacuated from their homes, YMCA Calgary is offering community members that have been forced to evacuate, free drop-in access to the six locations throughout Calgary. Individuals and families are welcome to access these locations free of charge for recreational use, showering, etc. as well as drop in programming and fitness classes during standard hours of operation.
With a valid photo ID, self-identifying evacuees can access any of the locations listed below free of charge during these evacuations:

Complimentary non-resident memberships at the Calgary Public Library
Calgary Public Library is providing complimentary, non-resident memberships to anyone currently sheltering in Calgary after being evacuated from the wildfires. Non-resident memberships offer access to item borrowing and placing holds on items, printing, internet, room booking, and Library programs. Non-resident memberships expire after one year.
